Voyager Tennis is a multi-award-winning racquets organisation with 18 venues across Sydney, Northern NSW, Melbourne and Singapore and our footprint is growing. We believe tennis is a powerful, life-enhancing voyage that helps an individual become the best person they can be.
What we are looking for?
Voyager Tennis is looking for ambitious, experienced Head Professional Coaches who are committed to excellence, have integrity, are an inspiring and authentic leader, and are always looking for ways to improve. The successful applicant will start in a Senior Tennis Coach role initially & gain all the training & knowledge necessary to progress into a Head Professional Coach role within 12-18 months of joining Voyager Tennis.

Job Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading a team and running a successful tennis or racquets venue.
- 3-5 years of experience in running successful racquets venues
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work the hours required to ensure a successful venue.
- Loves tennis & racquet sports and has a passion for helping others achieve success.
- Strong leadership qualities, organisational & administration skills.
- A team player, an authentic leader, and gets along well with others.
- Wishes to continue to provide high-level coaching programs and private lessons.
- Australian Applicants – Must be a Tennis Australia coach member & have current Working with Children Checks, Police Checks and First Aid certification.
Employment Status: To be determined and based on qualifications & experience
Location: Sydney, Australia – We welcome international applicants and sponsorship is available, subject to fulfilling the role requirements & all visa requirements
Start Date: 2 February 2026
Salary: Attractive remuneration on offer & this will be based on experience & qualifications relevant to the role
