About Us:
Break Point Tennis is a leading Perth-based coaching provider committed to player development at all levels. We operate across multiple locations, offering high-quality coaching programs, player pathways, and development opportunities in a fun and professional environment. Our team consists of experienced, passionate coaches who create a positive and energetic culture both on and off the court.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver Hot Shots junior group sessions using Tennis Australia’s coaching framework
- Provide private lessons for both junior and adult players
- Coach and supervise during school holiday tennis camps
- Engage and communicate with players and parents in a professional, supportive manner
- Maintain a safe and inclusive coaching environment
- Assist in the coordination and planning of programs when needed
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience coaching juniors and/or adults
- Familiarity with Tennis Australia Hot Shots programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Energetic, reliable, and professional attitude
Key Selection Criteria:
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR Certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Own reliable transport and driver’s licence
- Availability for morning, afternoon, evening and/or weekend work
Days/Hours Per Week:
- Casual, part-time, and full-time positions available
- Hours vary depending on coaching availability and experience
- Opportunities for 10–35+ hours per week across coaching programs, private sessions, and camps
