Momentum Tennis Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Coach to join our growing team at Floreat Park Tennis Club. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to help lead junior and adult coaching programs, with a strong emphasis on Hot Shots, development squads, private lessons, and building our Cardio Tennis program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Hot Shots coaching that emphasises fundamentals, fun and progression
- Run and help grow our Cardio Tennis program, delivering high-energy, structured sessions that drive adult participation
- Support in our junior development program, preparing players for tournament play and advancing performance pathways
- Coach adult group sessions across all levels, with clear progressions and strong player engagement
- Provide tailored private coaching to juniors and adults seeking individual development
- Lead and assist with our school holiday clinics and school programs
- Support and mentor junior and assistant coaches, maintaining a consistent and professional standard
- Contribute to tracking player attendance and development
- Collaborate with the Head Coach on program improvement
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional environment aligned with TA policies
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years full time coaching experience across juniors and adults
- Strong background in Cardio Tennis and private lesson delivery
- Experience running Hot Shots, adult coaching and school-based programs
- Strong individual playing background
- Tennis Australia Coach Membership or recognised coaching qualification
- Strong communication, energy and professionalism
- Valid Working With Children, First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain)
- Full Australian work rights
